Return policy

As oguzhanceyhan.me, we aim to provide high quality services, courses and consultancy. However, we are aware that sometimes returns may be required. This Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns will be accepted.

1. General Return Policy

1.1. Payments for services, courses or consultancy are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

1.2. Refunds will not be made for completed services or consultations, missed appointments or partially attended sessions.

2. Refund Policy for Courses

2.1. For online courses, refund requests will only be accepted if they are made in writing within 7 days of the training start date and if the course content has not been accessed.

2.2. If access to the course has been initiated (e.g. lectures, videos or materials have been viewed/downloaded), no refunds will be given.

2.3. If you experience problems accessing course content due to technical issues, please contact info@oguzhanceyhan.me. Refunds or extensions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Policy for Cancellations

3.1. For group courses or workshops:

  • Cancellations made at least 30 days before the course/workshop start date are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course/workshop start date.

3.2. For private consultancy:

  • Appointments can be rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. No refunds will be given for appointments missed without prior notice.

4. Return Process

4.1. To create a return request, please send an email to info@oguzhanceyhan.me with the following information:

  • Name and Surname
  • Payment Receipt
  • Reason for your refund request

4.2. Return requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved returns will be processed using the original payment method and may be reflected in your account within 15 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Products

5.1. Digital products, e-books, downloadable content or recordings cannot be returned once they have been accessed or downloaded.

5.2. Promotional offers, discounted packages and gift cards are not eligible for refund.

6. Exceptional Cases

6.1. In rare cases such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, refunds may be made at the discretion of oguzhanceyhan.me. Supporting documentation may be requested.
